Importance of a roof inspection

The most important part of our lives is our families. The most important part of your home is what protects your family, which is your roof. Every time a bad storm passes through with wind or hail, it’s always advisable to have your roof inspected.

C and C Roofing and Home Repair does not charge for this service. We will do a collateral report all over your property with our 30-point checkout system and photograph everything on your property that was impacted. We will then turn around and send you the report with our full Company Cam disclosure showing any damage on your roof and your property.

We are insurance experts who will guide you through the steps that will be required to file a claim. We pray that doesn’t have to happen but if it does, you can trust us to give you our honest opinion and do the best to document everything that we see.

If in fact you have shingles that are missing, we have a tarp service and we will ask the homeowner if they give us authorization to tarp the roof right on the spot. Often times homeowners will find a leak in their bathroom or kitchen, generally that is a boot flashing around your pipes that is leaking, and we tend to seal your pipes while we’re up there at no charge.
